We also track and review your progress so that no stone is left unturned. In 2024, Coach Ten brought 3 athletes to 600 lb deadlifts, 500 lb squats, and 400 lb bench presses. With the fastest progression being a 435lbs to 635lb deadlift in 13 months while still being natural. A surprise or disbelief for most people.
