Ten Tran

Coach Ten has been in the fitness industry for 10 years while sharing multiple of those years working in Finance at America's current largest brokerage firm. He got to experience first hand the pain points between modern corporate America and health. He discovered that most of his peers would love to be in better shape, but were overwhelmed while already working 40, 60, or even 80 hours a week. It is his goal to provide those hard working individuals objective strides in their goals without the immense time it takes to exercise, while respecting and catering to their busy professional lives.

Coach Ten has an Accredited Certification to be a personal trainer as well as a university degree in Exercise Science. He built his foundations of movement while alongside a team of Team USA and Olympic level weightlifters under Olympian Jianping Ma. Not only did he build new strength with this team, he also developed a unique multi-national perspective of health and movement.

In his training career, Ten focuses primarily on general population and proper movement patterns especially in the lower back. He worked with hundreds of clients with the classic goals of weight loss/weight gain and also with helping these individuals live their best life by always providing an education of functional movements along the way.
